     Marion was worried about her friend Lilliana, but there was nothing more she could do but be there as a friend no matter what was decided. Honestly, she hoped that the marriage could be mended, whatever was happening.     She continued on her adventures in the caves, yes, she had found proof of a mermaid and even befriended her by getting to know Nalani. But she still wanted to be a mermaid herself, so she needed to continue looking for more clues. She was convinced there would be some mural somewhere hidden that would reveal all of the secrets. There had to be.    Lava Tubes Marion spent her trip into the cave navigating the waters of the numerous lava tubes left behind during the formation of the island.        Marion was out on yet another adventure feeding and playing with the frogs of the waterfall when she heard her phone going off from her bag on the shore. She splashed through the water to get back to the sand of the beach as frogs skittered away from her.        Now that Marion knew the location of the islands main festivals, she constantly walked over to check out what the locals were celebrating. She didn't often talk to anyone, but she had a great time hanging out there and learning the culture, and participating in non social ways.          Her absolute favorite thing to participate in is the fire dance, she is so glad that Mele taught her so many tricks.       Every morning Marion was out on the ocean, diving and searching for signs of mermaids, or anything that could lead her to the magical place that could make her a mermaid. When she had to stop for breaks she was pouring over news articles, magazines, and books, looking for clues. Writing all her discoveries and ideas in her adventure journal.      Something had to reveal itself at some point, right?          She was in one of the beach restrooms when she had an aha moment.
